Where do bombs explode? Does the so-called peace exist? This project discusses the relationship between stress response and the environment. I combined my own experience with what I know through the media to explore and study the things and situations that have brought me trauma.

Missiles and neutral extreme items

Missiles are one of the major means of attack in modern warfare. In ancient times, gunpowder, the main component of missile propellants, was used to make fireworks. Celebration and destruction are a pair of two extremes. Similarly, shovels are tools for farming and building, as well as tools for digging trenches and graves. A thermos bottle is a container of hot water but a very dangerous item to me. The above examples are neutral items with extreme potentials. This project will explore the characteristics of these objects.

Accident in the ammunition depot

When making the installation, Ammunition depot, to increase the connection between my world and the war zone, I purchased numerous thermos bottle liners to build the ammunition depot. Volatile dry ice was placed in the thermos bottle liners, making the container for hot water reach an extremely low temperature and produce smoke.

Due to uneven heating or low quality, a liner exploded during adjustment. Fragments of fiberglass burst everywhere, cutting my finger. I was shocked by the loud noise of the explosion.
