Where do bombs explode? Does the so-called peace exist? This project discusses the relationship between stress response and the environment. I combined my own experience with what I know through the media to explore and study the things and situations that have brought me trauma.

Missiles and neutral extreme items

Missiles are one of the major means of attack in modern warfare. In ancient times, gunpowder, the main component of missile propellants, was used to make fireworks. Celebration and destruction are a pair of two extremes. Similarly, shovels are tools for farming and building, as well as tools for digging trenches and graves. A thermos bottle is a container of hot water but a very dangerous item to me. The above examples are neutral items with extreme potentials. This project will explore the characteristics of these objects.

Dud

After the explosion, the thermos bottle liner became more than the container of what I fear, but also a source of harm itself. My fear of it and the series of stress responses became more concrete.
I relocated the liners to a safer place. They were like unstable duds found only by accident, with no way to know whether they would explode. During the recording, if I heard a strange sound, I would walk away immediately to avoid possible explosions.
